La ambición por ofrecer el mejor juego de fútbol un año tras otro tiene nombre propio: EA Sports FC 26. Una nueva entrega plenamente consciente de que ofrecer muchísimo más que cualquier otro título de balompié no es suficiente para saciar esa inagotable sed de novedades de los fans más leales. Por ello la propia Electronic Arts toma una disyuntiva de cara a este nuevo juego. O, más bien, un riesgo más o menos controlado: renovar la experiencia de juego tomando nota de los comentarios de los jugadores. Pero, ¿es posible lograr que llueva a gusto de todos?
Antes de que llegues a conclusiones precipitadas ya te adelanto que todo aquellos modos y elementos que están asociado al fútbol de EA Sports sigue estando en su debido sitio: pese a que la FIFA ya está preparando sus propios videojuegos, en EA Sports FC 26 tendrás más de 750 clubes y selecciones nacionales, incluyendo más de 35 ligas y más de 120 estadios. El primer gran objetivo de cara al retorno anual es cómo lograr que las licencias ofrezcan algo que ellos mismos han denominado "realismo inigualable" y, como verás, para conseguirlo han tomado una decisión rompedora: dividir la propia jugabilidad en estilo realista y estilo competitivo.
